Reminder to all Trainers and Assessors seeking re-endorsement this season
Please ensure you have completed the following documents and returned all to the Branch Office by 27th November 2008.
The Branch needs to have completed the re-endorment process by 31st December 2008.

Sydney Branch Life Saver & Volunteer of the Year 2008 |
The Nominees for this years 2008 Sydney Branch Life Saver of the Year were Bryden King (Maroubra), Trent Thomas (Maroubra), Charles Cotton (Bondi). This years winner was Trent Thomas. Trent has completed 171.75 hours of patrols this season, he is a Maroubra patrol captain and the clubs gear stewart. Trent has also dedicated over 100 hours of instruction/assessing for his club. Trent is an active member of the Branchs Support Operations Group where he gives of his time to patrol our Rescue Water Vehicles (Jet Skis). Trent is also training to become a Branch Facilitator. Congratulations Trent.
Nominees for the 2008 Volunteer of the Year were Tony Grivell (Maroubra), Maggi (Bondi), David Kowald (Elouera). The winner was Tony Grivell. Tony is an active member of the Maroubra Club where he is the patrol captain, Chief Instructor and coordinates water safety for the nippers. Tony has contributed 40 hrs of patrols, 100 hrs of water safety, 150 hrs of training and countless hours of administration work as part of his Chief Instructors duties. Well done Tony.
