  • Gold Medallion Course & Proficiency  22/11 - venue relocated. Candidates are to meet in front of Elouera SLSC (beach side) 10.00 am  (refer to Circular No. 29/08-09)  Registrations Close 17/11/08    Assessors - Mick Bretherton & Phil Kemp

  • Defibrillator Course 2/12 Clovelly SLSC 6.30 pm  (refer to Circular No. 35/08-09) Registrations Close 20/11/08       Facilitators - Gary Daly/Mark Doepel/Keith Grima

  • Trainers Course 1/12. 4/12, 8/12 - North Cronulla SLSC 6.30 pm (refer to Circular No. 32/08-09) Registrations Close 20/11/2008    Facilitators - Mick Bretherton & Gary Hyland

Members interested in attending these courses are asked to contact their Club Chief Training Officer or Club Administration to register. Candidates must meet all the pre requisite requirements of the particular award course they are wishing to attend.

Trainer/Assessor Re-endorsement

Trainers and Assessors wishing to seek re-endorsement this season are required to have completed the relevant paperwork and returned all to the Branch Office no later than Thursday 27th November 2008.

  • Trainer/Assessors Re-endorsement Form
  • Personal Evaluation Form
  • Training Course Report Form
  • Copy of your VET log book

Trainers and Assessors are reminded that re-endorsement can not be finalised by the Branch until ALL upgrade requirements have been successfully completed. Your co-operation with this procedure is appreciated.  Upgrade documents can be found on our website under Lifesaving & Education Resources

 

 

Assessor Uniforms

New shirts for Assessors have been ordered by the Branch and will be issued to re-endorsed Assessors before Christmas. The Branch Office will advise Assessors when these are recieved and can be collected. 

Trainers/Assessors/Facilitator Guides

The Branch Office will be mailing to Assessors and Facilitators the latest issue of this handbook which has now been received from SLS NSW. 

Clubs will be provided with additional copies for their Trainers.

Please ensure all Trainers/Assessors and Facilitators familiarise themselves with the information contained in this handbook.
